Returns & Exchanges

At Shop Talulah, we want you to love your new look, but if it's not a perfect fit, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that jewelry and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
